Delhi parking fees to double during GRAP 3 & 4: New rule to deter private vehicles

The Delhi government notifies the automatic doubling of parking fees during GRAP Stages 3 & 4. Aimed at curbing toxic air, the new mandate applies to all authorised lots except DMRC.
