Captain Imran khan`s `comeback` in Pak Punjab, Prime Minister Sharif`s defeat in the Supreme Court

A three-member bench comprising Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial, Justices Ijazul Ahsan and Munib Akhtar, which heard the case, ruled that 76-year-old Elahi is the new chief minister of Punjab province, in a boost to Khan's political fortune after he was ousted in a non-confidence vote in Parliament in April.
